RenderStack does not claim ownership of User Content. By using the Service, you grant RenderStack a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Rendered Outputs

Images, PDFs, and other assets generated through the Service using your templates and data ("Rendered Outputs") are your property. You may use Rendered Outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, without additional licensing from RenderStack. RenderStack does not claim any rights to your Rendered Outputs.

Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Platform Materials
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Platform Materials
• Use the RenderStack name, logo, or brand elements without prior written consent
• Scrape, mirror, or republish significant portions of our documentation, website, or API output in a manner that competes with or substitutes for the Service

Third-Party Content

The Service may include or integrate with third-party libraries, fonts, icons, or other materials. Such third-party content remains subject to the respective licenses and terms of their owners. RenderStack does not claim ownership over third-party materials and makes no representations regarding their licensing beyond what is documented.

DMCA and Takedown Requests

RenderStack respects the intellectual property rights of others.
