Assets & Storage
Storage Limits and Quotas
Your organization storage capacity is determined by your subscription plan. Storage is used by uploaded assets (images, fonts, and other files) that you use in your templates.
Storage by Plan#
| Plan | Storage Limit | Max Assets |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 250 MB | 25 |
| Pro | 1 GB | 100 |
| Business | 5 GB | 500 |
| Enterprise | 25 GB+ | Unlimited |
What Counts Toward Storage#
- Images — PNG, JPEG, SVG, and other image files uploaded as template assets
- Fonts — Custom font files (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2) uploaded for use in templates
Rendered output images are not stored in your asset storage — they are served directly via the API or uploaded to your configured AWS S3 bucket.
Monitoring Usage#
View your current storage usage on the Settings > Billing page. A progress bar shows how much of your storage quota is in use.
What Happens at the Limit#
When you reach your storage limit:
- Starter plan — New uploads are blocked until you free up space by deleting existing assets or upgrade your plan
- Pro, Business, Enterprise — Overage billing may apply depending on your plan configuration
Managing Storage#
To free up space:
- Navigate to Assets from the sidebar
- Review your uploaded files and identify any that are no longer in use
- Delete unused assets to reclaim storage
Deleting an asset removes it permanently. If the asset is used in any templates, those templates will show a missing asset placeholder until a replacement is uploaded.
